As the As the Strategic HR Officer / Manager at Farminpex, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.
Your Key Responsibilities

Support the alignment of HR initiatives with company values and culture.

Monitor organizational health and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Assist with recruitment, including job descriptions, candidate screening, and selection.

Coordinate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires (local and international).

Support training programs by identifying needs and facilitating learning opportunities.

Assist with performance evaluations and provide guidance throughout the review process.

Help ensure effective internal communications across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in strategic international HR, organizational development, or culture management.
