Strategic HR Officer / Manager

As the As the Strategic HR Officer / Manager at Farminpex, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the alignment of HR initiatives with company values and culture.

  • Monitor organizational health and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

  • Assist with recruitment, including job descriptions, candidate screening, and selection.

  • Coordinate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires (local and international).

  • Support training programs by identifying needs and facilitating learning opportunities.

  • Assist with performance evaluations and provide guidance throughout the review process.

  • Help ensure effective internal communications across the organization.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and employee value proposition activities.

  • Organize cultural events and help maintain a positive, value-driven office environment.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in strategic international HR, organizational development, or culture management.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
