As Manager Warehouse Operations, you will oversee the operations of our warehouses in Curaçao, the Netherlands, and the United States—ensuring streamlined logistics, regulatory compliance, and high-performance standards across all locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across three warehouse locations (Curaçao, the Netherlands, and USA), ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, supporting productivity, safety, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs documentation, packaging requirements, and transportation standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and resource planning to support business growth.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal departments to align stock levels and delivery timelines.
• Implement and enforce SOPs and KPIs to monitor and improve operational performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes, systems, and team development.

Requirements & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management or logistics experience, ideally in regulated or fast-paced sectors.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on results.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and Papiamentu are a plus.
