As part of our ICT team, you’ll help keep our organization connected, secure, and running efficiently. From maintaining network and hardware systems to supporting day-to-day user needs, your work ensures our internal operations stay aligned and uninterrupted. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated IT professional looking to grow in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to employees across locations, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues both on-site and remotely.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot common problems.
• Support the ICT Manager in implementing IT projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory records.
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing user feedback and suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements & Competencies

• MBO-level diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common business software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and Papiamentu is a plus.
