The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for Farminpex medical laboratory equipment across the Caribbean region. The role involves conducting on-site visits to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instruments
• Coordinate installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities
• Provide technical support and training laboratory  staff
• Deploy post-market actions

Requirements & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, robotics, or similar
• Experience in field service, preferably in the Healthcare and Industrial Diagnostics industry
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for driving results and exceeding expectations
• Eager to learn  & solution-oriented
