Field Application Specialist

The Field Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and support to customers in the effective use and application of our products, offering remote and on-site assistance, training, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support and training to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Assess & deploy post-market surveillance actions

 

Requirements & Competencies

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in (clinical) laboratory science
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a lab, preferably in a leadership role
  • Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint software
  • Knowledge of method validation guidelines and tools such as CLSI EP 15, Analyse-IT, etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for driving results and exceeding expectations
  • Eager to learn & solution-oriented
