Customer Service Officer - Order Fulfillment
As a Customer Service Officer - Order Fulfillment, you ensure timely and accurate order processing, coordinate shipping and deliveries, manage returns, and handle sales administration. Your work helps deliver high-quality medical laboratory equipment and consumables efficiently, supporting our mission of Building Healthy Communities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders from receipt to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Care, Warehouse, and Transportation, to achieve timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of order transactions, inventory levels, and shipping documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges in the order fulfillment process.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales order processing, shipping, and export documentation.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance order fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and accuracy in all aspects of the sales order fulfillment process.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to address transportation and shipment-related challenges to meet customer delivery expectations.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a medical equipment distribution environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of export and import regulations in the Caribbean region.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
