Customer Care Officer
The Customer Care Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support. You serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized assistance to enhance the overall customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, driving customer retention and growth
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within your territory
- Build strong relationships with customers and close deals
- Collaborate with teams (internal & external) to resolve & prevent customer service issues
Requirements & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an absolute requirement
- Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word & PowerPoint software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
