The Coordinator Customer Logistics position is to lead and supervise the team of Order Fulfillment Officers, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of sales orders and timely delivery of products to customers. The role involves overseeing the order fulfillment process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The Coordinator provides guidance, support, and training to team members and collaborates with management to improve operational processes.
